Water is so important, ask yourself this how much water do you drink a day???? We lose on average 1.7 litres of water a day just by breathing perspiring etc, The old me wouldnt of drunk any water I use to always drink Diet Coke/Pepsi Max etc now on average I drink between 2 - 3 litres of water a day and do i feel better....YES
