Exercise


Love it or hate it - Exercise is important, those small little changes soon add up.  So instead of driving to the local shop WALK.  Take the stairs instead of the lift. Why not try some lunges in the add breaks during your fav TV programme.  Walk the kids to school/Preschool - just a few small simple changes but they add up.  Spring is on its way so we have no excuses - Warmer weather/lighter evenings!!
